Magical Rooms Ltd - Terms and conditions
1. Validity
These terms and conditions govern Magical Rooms including www.magicalrooms.co.uk performance relating to the sale and supply of goods to the customer. Magical Rooms reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this text page; and the customer is bound by any such modifications or revisions.
2. Contract with customer
The contract between Magical Rooms and the customer comes into existence upon Magical Room's acceptance of the customers order i.e. when payment has been received. Magical Rooms is entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on Magical Rooms' web site.
3. Pricing and Availability
The prices of the goods are those specified on Magical Rooms' web site. The price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). There will be an additional charge for delivery. Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by email. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery
Magical Rooms will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Availability permitting, all orders paid for by credit card will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Magical Rooms is entitled to deliver in part. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of contract. Orders placed after 12noon will not be processed until the following working day. Orders received over the weekend will not be processed until the next working day. If a more urgent delivery is required please contact on our sales hotline 01428 608340.
4a. Missing Items
We recommend you check your orders when you receive/sign for the delivery. Our orders are checked by a picker, a checker and a packer very carefully before they are dispatched. We are only able to assist people with item shortages if we are notified within 2 working days of signature/receipt of the delivery.
4b. Lost items
Once the products have been paid for and have left our premises they
are now the buyers responsibility. To protect the customer all our packages
are traceable. If your parcel does not arrive give us a call on 01428
608340 and we will do our best to help you recover your goods.
