Delivery Information

Magical Rooms will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer during the checkout process. Delivery charges and times are for UK delivery only. For overseas delivery please contact us for further information.

  • Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 working days - Cost £4.95

  • Next Working Day Delivery (Monday to Thursday) - Cost £7.95

  • FREE Collection from our Shop in Headley Road, Grayshott.

Saturday deliveries may be possible at an extra cost, please call 01428 608 340.
Orders placed after 12noon will not be processed until the following working day.
Orders received over the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.

Missing Items

We recommend you check your orders when you receive/sign for the delivery. Our orders are checked very carefully before they are dispatched. We are only able to assist people with item shortages if we are notified within 2 working days of signature/receipt of the delivery.

Lost items

Once the products have been paid for and have left our premises they are now the buyers responsibility. To protect the customer all our packages are traceable. If your parcel does not arrive give us a call on 01428 608340 and we will do our best to help you recover your goods.

Signing for your parcel

All of our services are traceable. Your package will require a signature at your end.

The delivery address supplied should be to an address where someone can sign for your parcel. If you are unlikely to be at home you can select to have your order shipped to another address. If an attempt has been made to deliver your order the courier will leave a card giving you contact details.

It is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with the delivery company and arrange to collect the parcel or arrange for another delivery date. If your parcel cannot be delivered and it has not been called for, it will be returned to us.

We are charged by the delivery companies for the return of the package. This charge will be deducted from any refund that you are due.
